Choosing the right therapist is important to growth. Your satisfaction is important to us. To support in helping in interview process, Initial Consultation are offered free of charge for all service types. They are conducted virtually via video conference, averaging 15-20 minutes.

Consultations provide you with the ability to interview your therapist to determine if they are are good fit for your needs. This a great time to discuss your intended goals for therapy, ways in which the therapist will support in accomplishing those goals, clarify fees/insurance, discuss practice policies, etc.
