In these one-on-one sessions, you are given the space to receive personalized treatment to address your concerns. These sessions will allow the opportunity to explore your thought patterns, emotions, and actions. As well, as navigate through past traumas and their impact on your present circumstances. You will have the ability to learn skills and strategies to address undesirable feelings and behaviors. 

Being part of a family unit can create a mixed bag of emotions. Family can be a great source of strength but it also can create some levels of pain. In this space, everyone has a voice. We support families in identifying family values and defining member roles. 

Relationships, even on its best day, is hard work. This partnership is reliant on all member's attentiveness and contribution. Relationship counseling supports on building on your already established foundation as proactive or supportive work. It supports with strengthen communication skills whether within empathetic listening or expressive language.

This service is for individuals ready to uncover their life passions and make decisive action to achieve it. Coaching provides person centered support to make growth in your personal or professional lives.
